Mr. Smith is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who graduated from Texas A&M University in Commerce with degrees in both Economics and Political Science. Subsequently, he attended the Tulsa University College of Law.

 

Mr. Smith has owned and operated numerous businesses with an emphasis on corporate finance, growth and innovation. He has extensive experience in origination, structuring and oversight for seed capital funding and structured finance. He guided or overseen numerous private and public companies from the startup phase through the growth stage including and exploration and production companies in the oil and gas space. Mr. Smith actively managed three operatorships, extensive acreage and upwards of 400 producing wells.

 

Mr. Smith has accepted the role of CEO and brings the early stage, corporate finance, public company, and energy production experience required to move the company to its full potential.
