We believe engagement and transparency with our employees are essential to our culture. Our senior management hosts regularly timed meetings, including updates on business performance, new ideas, issues the team might face, safety and production performance, and highlights key achievements and individuals. These meetings include Q&A with executive leadership, where employees enjoy engaging with the team on macro topics, strategic direction, operational results, technology improvements, and various areas of interest. Additionally, throughout the year, officers make ad hoc trips to different field offices to engage with employees and hear firsthand how things are going.
